2026- Stage Managers St. Jude Rock 'n' Roll Running Series

Thank you for your interest in volunteering as a stage manager for the 2026 St. Jude Rock 'n' Roll Nashville Running Series

Stage Manager duties include:
• On Saturday, April 25, 2026 , head directly to your stage materials (food, drinks, banners) for your band and stage will be on site by the time you arrive.
• Make sure the sound tech is in place and ready
• Place any necessary banners on stage (banners and zip ties will be provided)
• Check-in your band(s)
• Ensure your band starts on time and sticks to the schedule – including starting prior to first runner and playing until tail car passes
• Clean up after race
